Say no to
iron pills.

Tablets and capsules were built around digestion, not around absorption. FESUBEST is sprayed against the inside of the cheek, so iron, B12, folic acid and zinc pass straight through the buccal membrane — no swallowing, no water, no waiting on the gut.

Why the route matters

A supplement only counts once it reaches the blood.

Pick a delivery route to see how much of the dose is estimated to become available to the body. Figures below are the manufacturer's comparative positioning for the FESUBEST range, not a clinical trial result.

01

Spray inside the cheek

Four short puffs are directed at the buccal membrane rather than swallowed. No water and no food are needed, so a dose fits anywhere in the day.

02

Cross the membrane

The mucosal lining is thin and richly supplied with blood vessels, so nutrients enter the bloodstream directly instead of waiting on stomach acid and intestinal transit.

03

Skip the first pass

Because the dose does not travel through the gut wall and liver first, less of it is lost to metabolism — and the gut is spared the discomfort iron tablets are known for.

Awareness check

Six questions about how you have been feeling.

Low iron is easy to miss because tiredness gets blamed on everything else. This short checklist is an awareness tool only — it cannot diagnose anaemia, and only a blood test ordered by a doctor can.

This is not a diagnosis. Iron deficiency, anaemia and iron overload all share overlapping symptoms and can only be told apart by a laboratory test such as haemoglobin, serum ferritin and transferrin saturation. Please take these answers to a registered medical practitioner and ask for a blood test before starting any iron supplement — including ours. Iron supplementation is unsuitable for people with haemochromatosis or iron overload.

Important health and safety information

These products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice and nothing here replaces a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Speak to a registered medical practitioner or pharmacist before you start any product on this site — and stop use and seek advice promptly if you notice a rash, itching, swelling, breathlessness, stomach pain, persistent nausea, unusual stool changes or any other reaction. This applies especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are giving a supplement to a child, are over 65, live with kidney, liver, thyroid or gastrointestinal disease, or take prescription medicines such as anticoagulants, thyroid hormones, antibiotics or antacids, which can interact with iron, calcium, vitamin D and omega-3.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Iron is unsuitable for people with haemochromatosis or iron overload, and iron products must be kept out of reach of children — accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of poisoning in children under six. High-strength vitamin D is contraindicated in hypercalcaemia, severe kidney impairment, sarcoidosis and known hypersensitivity to vitamin D, and should be taken under medical supervision. Omega-3 and CoQ10 products should be reviewed with a doctor by anyone with a fish or seafood allergy, a bleeding disorder, or an upcoming surgery.

Self-testing tools and comparison figures on this site are informational only. The iron awareness checklist cannot detect anaemia; only a laboratory blood test can. Absorption percentages reflect the manufacturer's comparative positioning for this range and are not a substitute for clinical evidence. Composition, dosage and pack details are as supplied by the manufacturer; always read the label and the pack insert supplied with the product you receive, and follow the directions of the practitioner who advised it.

Reporting a reaction. If you believe you have had a side effect from one of our products, contact your doctor first, then tell us on +91 82400 28656 so we can record it.
